UNIVERSAL GROUP was established in early seventies by Kirit Shah with major business activities in area of Pharmaceutical raw materials. Over the period UNIVERSAL GROUP has diversified in various other business. Today our major activities are Trading, Manufacturing, Indenting, Contracting, Transportation, Financing and Real Estate Leasing, Market Survey and Project Liasioning.
In the year 1993-94, UNIVERSAL GROUP joined hands with TECHNO GROUP of Mumbai to promote INDO AMINES LTD, a public listed company. The products manufactured find application in various industries, like Pharmaceuticals, Agrochemicals, Fertilizers, Petrochemicals, Road Construction, Pesticides, Perfumery Chemicals, Dyes and Intermediates, etc. The company has five manufacturing sites located at Baroda, Dombivali, Rabale, Dhule and Mahad.
